Accounts

If members choose to pay by account they have the choice of paying monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly. If the amount owing is not paid within one month a reminder will be sent to the member.
Remember, accounts are in advance and should be paid as soon as possible to ensure you remain financial.

Resignations

All resignations must be in writing! Cessation of subscriptions does not indicate a members intention to no longer belong to the PSA/CPSU. A confirmation letter will be sent at the end of the month to confirm acceptance of the resignation.

The requirement to provide a written resignation is a provision of the Constitution and Rules of the PSA/CPSU and of Federal Industrial Relations Legislation.

Associate Membership

Associate membership is offered to members who are retiring from the Public Service and wish to retain their membership in all PSA/CPSU non-industrial benefits. Membership is $25 plus $2.50 GST per year with accounts being sent out to the member each September. Associate Plus Membership

Associate Plus Membership is offered to members who have resigned from the Public Service and wish to retain their membership with the PSA/CPSU.
Membership is $150 plus $15 GST per year which may be paid by account or direct debit.
The PSA/CPSU believes the Associate Plus Membership is ideal for members leaving the public service and taking up employment in another area. The membership provides a range of benefits for people, which if they were purchased individually, would cost well in excess of $1000!
