If you encounter a work-related problem you should firstly contact your Worksite Representative who can advise you of your rights and entitlements. If the problem is major you are advised to approach the union directly. You should not seek a conference with management on your own. 

Remember, the PSA/CPSU has a number of specialist personnel and services which can help. Your Worksite Representative can provide advice about these services.
