NALHN Mental Health (MH) – Proposed Consultation Plan – Relocations (older Persons Mental Health Services (OPMHS) – Clements House) And (forensic Mental Health Services (FMHS) – Howard House)

07 July 2017

NALHN MH has written to the Public Service Association (PSA) seeking feedback regarding a proposed Consultation Plan for the proposed relocations of Older Persons Mental Health Services and Forensic Mental Health Services.

The proposed Consultation Plan directly impacts on services currently remaining at the Oakden site, who need to relocate as a result of Oakden Report recommendations:

  •  Clements House (OPMHS)
  •  Howard House (FMHS) – Forensic Community MH, Foresnic Court Services, Court Report Writers and Private Practice.

PSA view this as an opportunity for members to have input to how future consultation should occur across NALHN MH, and as such would welcome feedback from all NALHN MH members.

The PSA is seeking feedback by email from members to include in the PSA's response to management. A copy of the Consultation Plan can be found (here).

Please forward any comments to PSA here by close of business Wednesday 12 July 2017 to allow them to be included in a collated and non-identifying manner in the PSA's response.
