PSA Members Question Workloads - SafeWork SA

PSA Worksite Representatives in Safework SA (SWSA) have been raising concerns regarding workloads. The PSA has followed up these concerns with the following letter to SWSA (here).

The PSA has requested a commitment to develop strategies to address workload concerns, along with appropriate team structures, resources, training and development for staff.

PSA members are encouraged to report your workload concerns to your immediate manager, and keep a record of your concerns and responses. Please log these with the PSA and your PSA Worksite Representatives as well.

This information will assist in ongoing discussions regarding workload issues. We encourage all members to be active around these matters.
