South Australian Housing Authority | Portfolio Planning and Asset Management Structure Update

The South Australian Housing Authority (SAHA) wrote to the Public Service Association (PSA) advising of an intended review of the Property Development and Maintenance Division.

SAHA first informed the PSA of the impending review of the Property Development and Maintenance Division on 5 June 2020. We were then advised of the intended name change of this division to Portfolio Planning and Asset Management Division on 22 June 2020, and that SAHA would commence consultation with staff and on 23 June 2020. SAHA also informed the PSA there would be no reduction in FTE positions.

PSA members have raised concerns that SAHA is moving to implement aspects of this review before they have completed consultation with staff.

The PSA met via video-conference with HR on 29 June 2020 to discuss this concern. We now want to know from members:
