The Scheme enables PSA/CPSUmembers to seek legal advice, assistance and family mediation services to protect their rights and property.

How do I get legal help?

The first thing to do is ring the PSA/CPSU Telephone Legal Advisory Service.

Please have your PSA/CPSU membership number handy when calling for assistance.

If the matter cannot be resolved over the phone, you will be advised on the best course of action.  This may vary from referral to a government agency, a first consultation with a solicitor, or putting you in touch with the Family Mediation Service.

Should you need further assistance, a form will be sent to you for completion.  You should take the completed form with you to the selected organisation.
