They will advise on any matters relating to:
 

• Assistance with completion of claim forms
• Matters covered by the Scheme
• Disputes
• Complaints

• Organise any documents you may have into date order
• Complete the claim form supplied before seeing your lawyer
• Be prepared to talk about the problem, focusing on the issues involved
• Be punctual and aware of time restrictions
• Do not leave without understanding the prospects of success and/or options available to you
