Both units sleep 6. Both have a Queen Size Bed in the main bedroom. Unit 16 has 2 Double Bunk Beds in the 2nd bedroom. Unit 20 has 1 Double Bunk Bed in the 2nd bedroom with1 single bed with trundle in the 3rd bedroom.
