ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT SALARY INCREASE IMPLEMENTATION

The PSA has received formal correspondence confirming that the Chief Executive of DECS will administratively implement the Full Commission's decision.

What this means is the pay increases awarded in the Full Commission's decision will be paid as soon as administratively possible.

A pay increase will be paid to all SSO, AEW and ECW members as follows:

4% increase to commence from the first pay period on or after 1 October 2009
4% increase to commence from the first pay period on or after 1 October 2010
4% increase to commence from the first pay period on or after 1 October 2011

The increase will include a component of back pay to 1 October 2009.

These increases are in addition to the interim increase of 3.75% paid in January 2009.

The PSA welcomes any opportunity to meet with SSO's, AEW's and/or ECW's at your school to discuss conditions of employment or other matters of concern/interest.
