No change was made by the Premier over the weekend to Long Service Leave (despite some media reports that this would occur).

The PSA case over the loss of Long Service Leave entitlements is due before the Full Court of the High Court on 29 and 30 November and will still go ahead.

The Premier announced that car parking for visitors, not staff, will be free for the first two hours.

The PSA case before the Full Court of the Industrial Court is scheduled for 7 November 2011 and will proceed.

The injunction secured by PSA which prevents the introduction of new fees arrangements remains in force pending the outcome of the Court case.
