The Public Service Association (PSA) recently met with Country Health SA (CHSA) in relation to the draft Allied Health Clinical Support Framework.

The PSA has reviewed the draft framework that is now out for staff consultation across CHSA. The PSA understands that this draft framework is on the CHSA Allied Health Wiki page and the closing date for feedback is cob 16 October 2009.

The draft Clinical Support Framework has been developed for all allied health professionals (AHPs) in CHSA. The PSA is in agreement that all AHPs should have access to regular, accessible, appropriate clinical support and the aim of this framework is to provide structure, consistency and tools for clinical support activities.

PSA Members are urged to forward any feedback directly to CHSA with a cc to Industrial Officer, Sue Cummins via email sc@cpsu.asn.au
