HEALTH PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CONSULTATIVE NEETING
The PSA met with the Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) group recently.
Management representatives at the meeting provided the following progress report:
- The current focus is on finalising Job and Person Specifications relevant to the Strategy and Corporate Support Unit.
- The Strategy and Corporate Support team has
recently filled seven roles being: Principal Consultant Procurement
Transformation, Team Leader Customer Service, Senior Business Support
Officer, Fleet and Travel Officer and 3 x Business Support Officers.
- Recruitment processes are due to commence
in early February 2012 for the roles of Distribution Services Officer
(ASO3) and Distribution Officer (WHA-4).
- An expression of interest (EOI) will be
sought via the Notice of Vacancies over the next few weeks seeking
staff to fill a number of ORACLE program roles.
- The Health Service Support structure has been revised to mirror the Local Health Networks (LHNs).
- A schedule of management roadshows is planned to commence around late January early February 2012.
The PSA is in regular contact with the PSCM group and will keep members informed of progress with this process.
