BOUNDARY REALIGNMENT PROJECT UPDATE
The Public Service Association received correspondence from the Department for Families and Communities on the 9th of May 2008 concerning the process for calling  vacancies in District Centres as finalisation of the Boundary Realignment Project.

Consultation on the process occurred at the Boundary Realignment Project Consultative Committee and the Families SA Worksite Representatives Committee. Further feedback from the PSA, on behalf of members, on the process has subsequently been provided to the department which has resulted in a broadening of the quarantined call of promotional vacancies.

An update on the process for filling promotional vacancies has been sent to all District Centre Managers with a list of the relevant vacancies and application form. The extension for Registrations of Interest applies only to vacant positions in the Professional Officers stream in District Centres.

If you have any further queries please contact your local PSA Worksite Representative  and/or Industrial Officer Vanessa Ravenhill on vr@cpsu.asn.au
