At the PSA meeting, held on Friday 10^th October 2008, members voted to meet again to discuss the progress in the Industrial Commission on Friday 24^th October 2008.

The meeting of 10^th October 2008 was held for members to discuss and vote on the recommendations of the Commission in the Matter of a dispute between the South Australian Government (Department of Health) and the PSA.

Members voted to suspend bans to allow the matter to be discussed “under the auspices of the (Industrial Relations) Commission (of South Australia)...... with the objective of limiting the negative affects of employees moving to Shared Services”.

Discussions have been held in the Commission on the 14^th, 17^th and 20^th October 2008 with another meeting scheduled for Thursday 23^rd October 2008.

A report back meeting for affected members has been arranged for Friday 24th October at 12.30 pm at the PSA, 122 Pirie Street Adelaide.
