Health and the 2009 Enterprise Agreement”.
The current South Australian Government Wages Parity (Salaried) Enterprise Agreement 2006 (EA) expires on the 21st December, 2009. Formal negotiations for the new Agreement cannot begin until three months prior to that date, i.e. 21 September, 2009. To assist in developing a new Enterprise Bargaining claim the PSA consults widely. This Forum for Managers of Health Professionals has been called to discuss issues which the PSA may put into the new Enterprise Bargaining claim and submit prior to commencement of formal negotiations. Issues relating to recruitment and retention of Professionals in Health are important and the PSA values hearing your concerns and welcomes your contributions. The PSA welcomes non-members to this Forum. A meeting of all Health Professional members is scheduled for the following week, on Tuesday, 16th June at 12.15pm Schedule 3 of the Public Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award includes the following Professional groups currently employed in Health: Audiologists Physical Educators Art Educators Physicist Biologists Physiotherapists Clinical Psychologists Podiatrists/Chiropodists Dietitians Social Workers Epidemiologists Psychologists Forensic Scientists Radiation Therapists Librarians Radiographers Microbiologists Speech Pathologists Music Therapists Sports Scientists Nuclear Medicine Technologists Veterinary officers Occupational Therapists Veterinary Pathologist Optometrists Veterinary Scientists Orthoptists Perfusionists Pharmacists Medical Scientists have their own
