Members at Families SA Crisis Response Unit (CRU) met on Thursday 12 November 2009 and passed the following motion:

"this meeting of PSA members employed at Families SA Crisis Response Unit acknowledge receipt of correspondence from DFC HR Director dated 6 November 2009 and are pleased that the request for support, assistance and continuing training have been acknowledged and provided, as outlined in the motion passed on 30 October 2009.

Further, this meeting notes the statements concerning the proposed implementation time frame for C3MS and resolves to review the current suspension of bans immediately should there be any adverse impact on CRU members , caused by an unacceptable increase in workloads or reduction in C3MS supports and/or training, or adverse effects to the health and welfare of members creating unacceptable outcomes for vulnerable South Australian families."
