News Flash POTENTIAL ENERGY CRISIS The State Government has asked public sector workers to restrict the use of computers, photocopiers and other electrical equipment in a bid to conserve electricity given the high temperatures expected over the next few days. In a spirit of co-operation PSA urges all members to support this government request by turning off all such equipment until the potential energy crisis has passed or until advised otherwise by PSA. Consistent with current practice, any equipment affecting health and safety or the welfare of the public should continue to operate. ps In an unrelated matter, members are advised that EB negotiations with Government are scheduled for 11.30 this morning.
