FAMILIES SA BOUNDARY REALIGNMENT PROJECT UPDATE

The Public Service Association was advised on Tuesday 15 April 2008 that the first round offers for reallocation under the Boundary Realignment were sent to staff on Monday 14 April 2008. All offers are contingent on there being no grievances and offers will be confirmed once the grievance process has closed (Monday 21 April 2008).

PSA recommends that any queries about the correspondence be directed to Fiona Macdonald, Senior Human Resource Consultant on 8207 0678 and/or your District Centre Manager.

PSA have also advised Department for Families and Communities Human Resource Unit that the following PSA members have nominated for the Grievance Panel(s)-
Colin Sparrow
Michael Aristides
Linda Johnson
Gary Burns
Kathryn (Kathy) Cox

PSA are in the process of contacting all Worksite Representatives in metropolitan District Centres to ascertain if there is any further assistance required by members in this process.

PSA have also called for a meeting of the Boundary Realignment Consultative Committee as soon as possible so that an update on the process may be presented.
