GLENSIDE CAMPUS TRANSITION DRAFT HR PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES
These HR Principles are now out for general consultation. PSA Members at the Glenside Campus may have received the draft via email. They are also available on the Glenside common M: under – Glenside Master Plan\Consultative Committee_GMP. The consultative period is from 25 August until 5 September 2008. PSA Members are encouraged to send any comments or concerns directly via email to cnahsgmpenquiry@health.sa.gov.au with a copy to PSA Industrial Officer Sue Cummins on email sc@cpsu.asn.au These draft HR Principles and Procedures have been developed in consultation with the PSA and other unions and are no different from other documents negotiated in other public sector reforms. They are designed to quarantine staff and positions in any change process and to minimise the number of redeployees at the end of the process. The PSA has raised concerns about the transitioning of services into previously decommissioned buildings at Glenside, that were closed due to previous OH&S problems. These buildings are presently being inspected by architects and builders and being assessed for their suitability. Please advise the PSA OHS&W Industrial Officer Andy Alcock if you have any concerns on email aa@cpsu.asn.au The next meeting of the Glenside Transition Consultative Sub-Committee is scheduled for Friday 29 August 2008. PSA Members who have any queries or want to raise any concerns please contact Industrial Officer Sue Cummins on email sc@cpsu.asn.au or phone 8205 3260.
