PSA
Worksite Representatives met on Friday 23 January 2009 to be provided
with a copy of the DVD "Its Your House, Don't Let Anyone Take It
Away."
The
DVD is an integral component of the PSA's Upper House Campaign
leading up the 2010 Referendum.
The
Rann Government has announced its intention to attempt to abolish the
Upper House.
The
10 minute video details the history of the State's Upper House, The
Legislative Council, and its role and achievements, and will generate
informed community debate prior to the Referendum.
Further
copies will be provided to all Worksite Representatives.
Additionally, PSA Industrial Officers while at meetings are able to
show and discuss the video. The DVD can also be viewed on the PSA
website here.
PUBLIC
SECTOR BILL
