The report from Phase 1 (Scoping the Requirement) of the Single System Project has been completed.

The Report provides recommendations for the SA Health Single OHSW and IM System including the proposed governance arrangements, system frame work of programs and policies together with a communication and change management process.

The governance recommendations outline the governance requirements which build upon existing SA Health arrangements.

The system framework recommendations outline the core programs and policy framework for SA Health.

The system framework recommendations provide clarity on how existing OHSW & IM arrangements should be aligned while meeting legislative, due diligence and accreditation requirements.

The marketing and communications recommendations are to ensure that SA Health OHSW & IM programs and Policies are implemented and maintained.

PSA/CPSU as a key Stake holder will continue to be consulted on the SA Health OHSW & IM project.
