The report from Phase 1 (Scoping the Requirement) of the Single System Project, has been completed.

The Phase 1 report provides recommendations for the SA Health Single OHSW&IM System, including the proposed Governance arrangements, System Framework of Programmes and Policies along with a Communication and Change Management Process.

The Governance recommendations outline the Governance requirements which build upon existing SA Health arrangements.

The System Framework recommendations outline the Core Programmes and Policy Framework for SA Health. The System Framework Recommendations provide clarity of how existing OHSW&IM arrangements should be aligned while meeting legislative, due diligence and accreditation requirements.

The Marketing and Communications recommendations are to ensure that SA Health OHSW&IM Programmes and Policies are implemented and maintained.

PSA, as a key stakeholder and will continue to be consulted on the SA Health OHSW&IM Project.
