PSA members would be aware that the Enterprise Agreement process is currently being dealt with through a conciliation process in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

If these negotiations do not achieve an agreement, then the Enterprise Agreement will be settle through an arbitration process.

There were further meetings in the AIRC during this week. There are a number of matters which have not been agreed between the parties.

Commissioner Hampton has provided some directions to the parties, and has set down another Conference date for the 1st June 2010. 

The PSA continues to represent members through this process with the objective of reaching a fair agreement as soon as possible.
