The Full Court of the Industrial Relations Court has now set Monday 7 November to hear the PSA case.

The revised hearing date arises from an application by Government to extend the time for it to lodge documents.

The injunction issued by Senior Judge Jennings on 23 September  remains in force pending the outcome of the Full Court hearing.

Members will be aware that the PSA took action in the Industrial Relations Court following the decision by SA Health to introduce or increase fees for parking at metropolitan hospitals contrary to the provisions of the Parity Enterprise Agreement which protected existing conditions.
