News Flash ENTERPRISE BARGAINING - INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION UPDATE `The PSA and Government representatives attended a further Voluntary Conference before Commissioner Doyle in the SA Industrial Relations Commission on Tuesday 29th June 2004.` `The PSA was disappointed that the Government representatives failed to improve any aspects of the current Government offer.
