FULL BENCH REJECTS GOVERNMENT'S DELAY APPLICATION

Earlier today PSA appeared before the Full Bench of the South Australian Industrial Relations Commission following a Government application to  vary Directions given by the Commission on 17 December 2004.

On 23 July 2004, Commissioner Doyle issued recommendations that Government amend misleading documentation sent out to employees. Government did not do this.

ON-CALL ALLOWANCES

The PSA advised in a brief dated 21 July 2004 that the On Call Allowances proposed in Governments' proposed Enterprise Agreement (subject to ballot) decreased the allowances by 10 cents as and from 1 October 2004.
