The Full Bench hearing the case arising from the Enterprise Bargaining dispute has now determined the following dates for PSA to present its case in respect to the 12% salary increase claim.

March 10, 14, 15,21, 22 and 23 2005.

Although Government notified the Commission of the dispute and would normally run its case first, PSA advised the Commission of its willingness to go first so that the case was not delayed, as the Government was not ready.

The Commission has also determined that the employer provide a list of documents sought by the PSA by 15 February 2005. The documents provide information regarding assessment of productivity and efficiency. Government had opposed such discovery.
