The Parity Arbitration Pay case for a 12% pay increase continued today before a Full Bench of the South Australian Industrial Relations Commission commencing at 10.00am.

The PSA was represented by General Secretary Jan McMahon, Assistant General Secretary, Neville Kitchin, Chief Industrial Officer Peter Christopher and Legal Counsel Mr. David Quick, QC and Peter Moloney.

The Government commenced cross-examination of the PSA's expert witness, Professor James Guthrie, in respect to his evidence provided to the Full bench on Thursday 9 March 2005.

Worksite Representatives are reminded of the meeting to be held in the Jim Otte Room at the PSA at 12.15 pm on Wednesday to bring them up to date with these proceedings.
