Earlier today, the Full Bench of the South Australian Industrial Relations Commission informed that its Decision in relation to the PSA's paid maternity leave claim will be handed down this week.

As previously advised, the PSA's submission is for an increase to 14 weeks paid maternity/adoption leave. The Government's offers is 8 weeks.

The PSA expects the Decision to be handed down either tomorrow or Wednesday of this week.

Currently, the PSA is in the final week of Arbitration in relation the the wages claim. Members will be advised by the PSA of any developments as they occur.
