Australian workers and their families are being harmed day after day by the Workchoices legislation.  We must show these workers our support, and show the Federal Government that their radical laws will not be forgotten.

Earlier this year, a Senate Estimates Committee was told by a Senior Government Official that every individual contract (AWA) registered under the new laws has taken away at least one protected award condition.  Entitlements such as annual leave loading, penalties, shift allowances have all been exposed to Workchoices.

Although most PSA members are protected from Australian Workplace Agreements, it is essential the PSA members support the "Your Rights at Work, Worth Fighting For Campaign."

November 30 is an event hosted by unions and broadcast right across the Country.  It is essential that all members participate.
